 Child's teacher: $20; 
Hairdresser (wish I needed one): $20; 
Newspaper carrier: $15;
Barber: $10; 
Manicurist: $15;
 Pet-care provider: $20; 
Lawn crew: $25; 
Mail carrier: $20; 
Garbage collector: $20.




Okay, other than getting up a 5:00 a..m. how do you tip the garbage collector?
